These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the INSYDR mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
INSYDR is a market-analytics and trading-signals application. It provides technical analysis, statistics and educational signals for cryptocurrency markets. The App is an informational tool only.
Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Signals and analytics are generated from technical and machine-learning models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
Cryptocurrency trading carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Past performance and historical win-rates do not guarantee future results. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
The App does not place orders or execute trades on your behalf. If you connect exchange API keys, they are stored only on your device and used for read-only access to balance and position data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use such a service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on cryptocurrency activity.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App offers free and paid plans (e.g. Pro and Ultimate). Paid subscriptions are billed through the app store (Google Play / Apple App Store) and managed via our provider RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel a subscription in your app store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
The App, its content, models and branding are owned by INSYDR and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy or uninterrupted operation. Market data is sourced from third-party exchange APIs and may be delayed or unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INSYDR and its team shall not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service. To delete your account, see the Account Deletion page.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
