These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the INSYDR mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account, continuing without an account or otherwise using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

INSYDR is a market-analytics application with an AI assistant. It provides technical analysis, statistics and educational trading signals for cryptocurrency (futures and spot), stock, ETF, metal and commodity markets. The App is an informational tool only.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Signals, analytics and assistant replies are generated by technical and machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

3. Risk disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies, stocks, metals and other assets carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Past performance and historical win-rates do not guarantee future results. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

4. No trade execution

The App does not place orders, execute trades or withdraw funds on your behalf. If you connect exchange API keys, they are stored only on your device and used for read-only access to balance and position data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. AI assistant

The App includes an AI assistant that answers questions about markets, signals and your settings, and can carry out actions in the App at your request (for example, adding a pair to your radar or opening an analysis).

Assistant replies are generated automatically and may contain errors. Do not rely on them as advice, and check important information yourself.
Do not share passwords, exchange API keys, payment details or other sensitive personal information in the chat.
Daily message limits depend on your plan. We may restrict the assistant for accounts that abuse it or try to make it produce harmful or unlawful content.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use such a service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on cryptocurrency activity.

7. Accounts

You may use the App with a registered account or as a guest without an email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Subscriptions and payments

Access to the App's data and features requires a paid subscription. The App offers two plans, Pro and Ultimate, billed monthly through the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and managed via our provider RevenueCat.

Where offered by the app store, a subscription starts with a free trial (currently 3 days). Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid subscription and you are charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel a subscription in your app store account settings. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Plan features and limits are shown in the App and may change; we will not reduce what you have already paid for during the current period.

Except where required by law or by the app store's refund policy, payments are non-refundable.

9. Acceptable use

Do not abuse, overload, scrape or attempt to circumvent plan limits or security of the App or its API.
Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service or its signals without permission.
Do not use the App or the assistant for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property

The App, its content, models and branding are owned by INSYDR and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy or uninterrupted operation. Market data is sourced from third-party exchange and market-data APIs and may be delayed or unavailable.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INSYDR and its team shall not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service. For other ways to delete your account, see the Account Deletion page.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
