This Privacy Policy explains what information the INSYDR mobile application (the “App”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By creating an account and using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

INSYDR is a market-analytics and trading-signals application. It provides technical analysis and educational signals for cryptocurrency markets. The App does not execute trades on your behalf and is not investment advice.

2. Information we collect

Account data: your email address and a password. Passwords are never stored in plain text — only a salted hash is kept on our servers.
Device data: a randomly generated device token (stored on our servers only as an irreversible SHA-256 hash), a device identifier, device name, platform (iOS/Android) and app version. These bind your account to your device and protect your session.
Usage data: counts of analyses and signal requests you make, used to enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
Push notification token: if you enable notifications, a push token is stored so we can deliver signal and price alerts.

3. Exchange API keys stay on your device

If you choose to connect a Binance or Bybit account, the API key and secret you enter are stored only on your device in the operating system’s secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). They are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Connection tests are made directly from your device to the exchange.

4. How we use your information

To create and secure your account and authenticate your device.
To deliver the App’s analytics, signals and notifications.
To apply subscription plan limits (free / pro / ultimate).
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

5. Payments

Subscriptions, when available, are processed by the app store (Google Play / Apple App Store) and by our payments provider RevenueCat. We never receive or store your full payment card details. We receive only your subscription status (active plan and expiry) to unlock features.

6. Service providers

We share the minimum data necessary with infrastructure providers that help us run the App, including our server hosting provider, Expo (push notification delivery), RevenueCat (subscription management) and Google Play. Market data is sourced from public exchange APIs (e.g. Binance).

7. Data retention & deletion

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can sign out a device at any time from the App, which revokes that device’s token. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the address below and we will remove it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Security

All traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted with TLS. Passwords and device tokens are stored only as hashes. Despite reasonable safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Children

The App is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated in the App.
