This Privacy Policy explains what information the INSYDR mobile application (the “App”) collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

INSYDR is a market-analytics application with an AI assistant. It provides technical analysis and educational signals for cryptocurrency, stock, ETF, metal and commodity markets. The App does not execute trades on your behalf and is not investment advice.

2. Information we collect

Account data: your email address, name (if you provide one) and a password. Passwords are never stored in plain text — only a salted hash is kept on our servers. You can also use the App as a guest without an email address; a guest account is identified only by its device token.
Device data: a randomly generated device token (stored on our servers only as an irreversible SHA-256 hash), a device identifier, device name, platform (iOS/Android) and app version. These bind your account to your device and protect your session.
AI assistant conversations: the messages you send to the assistant and its replies, including actions it performed for you. They are stored on our servers so you can see your conversation history.
Feedback: text you choose to send us through the App.
App settings: the pairs on your radar and their notification preferences, kept on our servers so they work across devices and for alerts.
Usage data: counts of analyses, signal requests and assistant messages, used to show your limits, enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
Push notification token: if you allow notifications, a push token is stored so we can deliver setup, radar, price and account notifications.
Subscription status: your active plan, trial status and expiry, received from the app store via RevenueCat.

3. Exchange API keys stay on your device

If you choose to connect a Binance or Bybit account, the API key and secret you enter are stored only on your device in the operating system’s secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). They are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Balance and position data are requested directly from your device to the exchange.

4. How we use your information

To create and secure your account and authenticate your device.
To deliver the App’s analytics, signals, assistant and notifications.
To apply subscription plans and their limits (Pro / Ultimate).
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
To answer your support requests and improve the App based on feedback.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

5. AI processing

To generate assistant replies, the text of your conversation, together with the market data and App settings needed to answer (such as your radar pairs or plan), is sent to our AI model provider, Anthropic. Anthropic processes this data to provide the service to us and does not use it to train its models under our agreement. Do not share passwords, API keys, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.

6. Payments

Subscriptions are processed by the app store (Apple App Store / Google Play) and by our payments provider RevenueCat. We never receive or store your payment card details. We receive only your subscription status (active plan, trial and expiry) to unlock features.

7. Service providers

We share the minimum data necessary with providers that help us run the App: our server hosting provider; Anthropic (AI assistant); Expo, Apple Push Notification service and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notification delivery); RevenueCat, Apple and Google (subscriptions and app distribution). Market data is sourced from public exchange and market-data APIs (e.g. Binance). When you connect an exchange, your device communicates with Binance or Bybit directly.

8. Data retention & deletion

We keep your account data, settings and assistant conversations while your account is active. You can sign out a device at any time from the App, which revokes that device’s token.

In the App: open Account and choose “Delete Account” (guests: “Delete data”). This deletes your account and the data associated with it.
By email: write to the address below and we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

We may keep limited records where retention is required by law or needed to prevent fraud and abuse.

9. Security

All traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted with TLS. Passwords and device tokens are stored only as hashes. Despite reasonable safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Children

The App is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated in the App.
