Delete your INSYDR account

This page explains how to request deletion of your INSYDR account and the personal data associated with it. INSYDR is published by the INSYDR team (contact below).

How to request deletion

From the email address you used to register, send a message to support@cryptoinsiderhub.com.
Use the subject line Delete my account.
Include the account email so we can locate and verify it.

We verify the request comes from the account owner and delete the account within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation by email.

You can also sign a device out at any time inside the app (Profile → sign out), which immediately revokes that device’s access token.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your email address and account profile (including name, if provided);
Your subscription/plan record;
All device tokens and device identifiers linked to your account;
Usage counters associated with your account.

Exchange (Binance / Bybit) API keys are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers, so there is nothing to delete on our side — remove them in the app or by uninstalling it.

What data may be retained

We may retain a minimal record (such as anonymized or aggregated logs) where required to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes. Such data is not linked to your identity and is kept only for as long as the law requires.
